Not just a good sport, but a true appreciator of the Beautiful Game. The FUN has just BEGUN!Tomorrow - USA!!!
I wondered how long it would be before we would see some foooooooooooooooootbaaaaaaaaaallllll here : )
i'm still riding high from that win! woowoooooooooo! such a good game...well, the 2nd half. first 1/2 was a zzzzzzzzzzz-fest
And those French f*ckers were still zzzzzzzzzzzz-ing during the 2nd half! Uh... Defense, oh yeah! Hold on! Oops! Here's a goal all to yourself! Wait let me foul this guy while he's making a shot on this goal! Doh!
Thank you MEXICO for beaten down FRANCE!!!!!! muchas gracias!!!
OLE OLE OLE OLE Viva El Mexico. Many People in Dublin were Sporting Mexican Green last Night in support of Mexico in Pubs and Clubs. What goes around comes around,France got its just Desserts pour le coute du main ou le main du dieu honneur servi.
@l'homme - don't be pissed off at France - you should be pissed off at the Ref for not calling Thierry's handball!France deserves to be at the Cup just like any of the other nations.
Kristin Tieche To be fair Raymond Domenech is the real Villain of the piece .The French dont like him and did not like the way the Match finished ,they were Sympathetic to the Irish . Calls were sent out to the French Equipe to Replay the Match in the sense of fair Play,Thierry Henry agreed but Raymond Domenech said no Replay. He knew if France did not go to the World Cup he would be out of a Job.
@l'homme - Agree with you 100%!Domenech needs to be exiled to Ile d'Elbe. And re-matches rarely happen in this sport. Like today, the USA deserved that 3rd goal fair and square. But alas, there will be no re-match.
Kristin It is all about the Money ,Football is big Business for the Clubs the Players and the Managers.
the USA wuz ROBBED earlier today. i'm not a rabid USA fan, but even i was like, hey, OPENYREYESREF!! i heard even on univision they were complaining too. so you know that call was w-r-o-n-g wrong cause there aint any love lost there.
@l'homme - it is all about the money. that's why i don't get emotional about it. I wish I was making $7.5 mil per year and had my life sponsored by Nike.@calitexican - we are still in the game! Rien est perdu!

@Kristinsomethin wrong with the ref. It should be a goal for USA in the last. No Offside appeared on replay....what the heckkkkFor the owner of the blog.Upps sorry, i don't mean to use your blog for talking about world cup... :)love your blog!
hub n' ride- you are commenting with the blog owners who all agree- bikes and soccer and beer and caffeine are life : )
@hub n' ride: ade is right. and depending on the time of day and what day it is...we will partake in all 4 things during one match. werd. world cup feva. i can haz.
Ah, a brutal game. I am happy that Mexico got to beat a former WC champ, finally, but I wish they had chosen another one. :) That said, France was not on their game at all. A la prochaine! And woo, USA's comeback today (even though it should have been a win...)
Go USA!!!! I can still bust out my blue shirts this tournament!
