I Can't Do This!!

I wish I could do panda's this good! "Sweet Olive" always shoots great pandas, but this one is my favorite.

Can you do better? Give it a try and send it into the Flickr group!

    I've heard them called panda shots, but do you know why they are called that? I've never been able to figure that out.

    I think you need gorilla length arms to take really good ones (I'm not implying that Sweet Olive is oddly proportioned). I bet taking panda shots has been the cause of many bike accidents.

    I haven't been able to determine how the term "panda" came about either.

    It's cheating, I know, but Samsung now produce a camera with a screen on the front as well as the back so you can see yourself taking a photo of yourself taking a photo of yourself.........~ian,Melb

    That particular move where both hands are off the bars and above your head is called the "Suicide Panda".

    She should be called Brave Olive, I've been far too chicken to ever attempt it.
