I actually was never a coffee drinker until I had kids. Lord know I now need something much stronger than tea to get going. In fact with the last kid I actively decided to become addicted to coffee. It was that or start drinking vodka in the morning. I figured coffee was the most positive addiction I could take on :-)
Ladies, having come across your blog via Copenhagenize I've added a link to yours on my own new blog - hope you don't mind! You can find it here: www.ibikelondon.blogspot.com ...and of course I shall continue to read yours with interest to see how bike culture is coming along on your side of the pond.
Ah, I've got my Wega mini nova warming up as I'm typing this. They say caffeine is bad for pregnant ladies or ladies who are nursing babies.
ReplyDeleteI say a latté a day, makes miss sarah feel great!
Plus, it's delicious.
Oh my God. How depressing. My entire life is summed up on the side of a pithy plastic coffee mug.
ReplyDeleteMiss Sarah- "they" can kiss my caffeinated biker butt! My kids all managed to survive my rather severe caffeine addiction with flying colours.
ReplyDeletedb- at least it is recyclable : )

Caffeine is my brain's "On" switch. Keep me away from it and terrible things will happen.
ReplyDeleteBut supposedly, it is bad to exercise (which I assume includes strenuous cycling) after drinking coffee. Something about heart attacks and such...
If I have an MI while riding on caffeine, you can tell me I was suitably warned : )
ReplyDeleteSome wear their heart on their sleeve, I wear my motto in my hand ;)
