One of them cut me off to double park in the lane the other day and said she would take her time there thank you. James saw the parking guy and rode over to get him. When the woman tried to drive away to avoid the ticket, James blocked her in with the bike and said "I'm just making sure you can take your time there".
There is little point in calling the police. I don't know about LA, but here in SF the SFPD just rolls on by the double parkers and does nothing- even when people park on the lane right under the signs that state how much the fine is for doing so!
